I will send you email alerts of new listings that match your search criteria as well as price reductions of matching listings so you can watch for bargains.

Securing the Best Financing

Getting pre-qualified helps you determine how much house you can afford, pre-approval is getting lenders to deem you worthy of receiving a mortgage. It is often required to provide a prequalification letter with any offer to purchase a property, so it is best to do this before viewing properties. I have a list of local lenders that you can choose from to help you get started. Once you choose a lender, I will work closely with them throughout the process.

Price Negotiations

When we find the home you wish to purchase, I will provide you with all available data on that property as well as comparative properties that have sold recently. Knowing the market helps me ensure that you’re on the right track to a good deal. I will assist you in putting together a solid offer.

Inspections and Repairs

More negotiations usually crop up after you’ve agreed on a price, and they’re normally the result of inspections and necessary repairs. I am experienced and ready to help. I can coordinate with your inspectors and review their findings with you. Determining what repairs are most necessary sometimes requires an objective voice.

Contract to Closing

I will be available to you, your lender, the title company, inspectors and anyone else who will be involved in the sale. I will coordinate the great number of delivery deadlines, documents and tasks involved in a real estate closing. I will provide you with timely updates.
